It was excellent service and hospitality from the beginning and felt looked after for right from the start until we checked out. Highlights: 1. Wonderful hospitality team (Jesthony, Syakira, Jeremiah and team) who made us felt at home (especially the kids). 2. Nice room, clean and spacious. Love the turndown service too :) 3. Great location and very convenient! A definite our home away from home in SG ❤️

We were in the Lounge for the evening cocktail. James served us with amazing service. Loved the beautiful pics he took for us. Food and drinks were excellent. We enjoyed our stay while celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary there. Enjoyed the beautiful scnenery of MBS and the Singapore flyer.

This is my mothers favourite hotel and after being away from Australia for the better part of three weeks in the EU and UK, I thought this would be a nice way to come back into Perth time, warm weather and some r&r. The Fairmont Singapore certainly did not disappoint!! We stayed in a club room and had access to the Gold Lounge. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front doors, front desk, housemaids and the staff in the Gold lounge were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so delightful to speak with. The people we spoke with most was Mike -Senior Concierge - he’s incredible- couldn’t assist enough and was such a delight. Jeremiah, Nancy Tay, Zeh, James, Zhi Qi, Jesthony and Maya ( I know I have forgotten some names so I hope they will forgive me) were outstanding and the service was impeccable. Prompt, easy to chat with, professional and beautifully presented, they were all fantastic and I hope to see them again if/when I get back to Singapore. The room was beautiful and connected to my step sister, which was of great benefit to us, in particular, my mum. Again, as we had been travelling, we had suitcases and stuff everywhere. We both tried to get it relatively under control so we didn’t make too much mess for the staff, but it never mattered - the room was always beautifully back in order and sparkling when we got back from our day. As we left, Jeff assisted us with the huge amounts of baggage we had and given my mother is 77 and I had did most of the heavy lifting throughout this journey, it was lovely to have him assist and even take over completely. I cannot thank your staff enough for the most incredible end to the Trip of a Lifetime - it was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, particularly for your staff, to anyone staying in Singapore. Thank you again.

Fabulous hotel in central location just above the MRT station and close to many major attractions. The highlight has been the Fairmont Gold lounge. Incredible service from Jeremiah, James and Elfaiz. These staff are an absolute credit to the Accor brand. Rooms are clean and our room 2236 has a fabulous view of the city the bay and Marina Bay Sands. The gym is also very well equipped if that’s your thing.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The customer service was excellent. Most notably, the interactions with Ham, James and June from the lounge. Nothing was too much trouble. On top of serving us refreshments, they provided great travel and sightseeing advice and insights on life in Singapore. We travelled with our 7 month old baby. Ham, James and June were very generous with their time, interacting with our son and making us feel most welcome. It wasn’t long before we referred to them as Uncle and Aunty. These friendly interactions and conversations made our stay most memorable. The room and facilities were also excellent.
