Great self contained villas in a resort with swimming pools indoor and out, tennis courts and e bike hire, not to mention golf (which we don't play). The restaurant/bar/breakfast was well set up and organised, the common areas and gardens are well maintained and importantly friendly, helpful and professional staff. We would definitely stay again. My suggestion would be for villas to have an mandatory inventory for the kitchen to make it 'fit for purpose' with regards to be able to cook easily and eat there for the number of guests. The kitchen was poorly equipped and with inferior quality items that were not clean.

Would be better if the room was serviced during our stay 3 nights with no service bin overflowing had to ask for milk teabags etc

Hi Lorraine, Thanks for your feedback on your recent stay. As part of our environmental initiative, we do not service rooms daily. We also have bins at the end of each street for convenience to empty your rubbish otherwise, a phone call to reception and we would happily get our housekeeping team to remove your rubbish as well as restock your tea & milk. The property was very rundown and needs a lot of work. nothing like was advertised in the pictures. Our balcony looks like it hadn’t been cleaned for six months. The window in the bathroom was covered in cobwebs and dust and look like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. And the bottle of body wash in the shower was completely empty. The fan in the room also didn’t work And for what you pay for this resort each night you kind of expect a bit better than that. I did raise my concerns to reception to which they said they could log it with maintenance but there was nothing they could do to help me on the night. And this was after speaking to 2 different people it really felt like no one really cared if you enjoyed your stay or not. Overall very disappointed.

All of my other mates got free upgrade except me. I organised this trip for my birthday but it was horrible memory now. The reception staff said it's random pick to upgrade but we 4 teams checked in together and the other 3 teams got free upgrade. I said today is my birthday but reception staff just ignored.

One night stay in 2 bed apartment, weather poor raining all day and night
